Week 8 - Advice

It’s still Tuesday, just a little later than I’d planned. I hope you all enjoyed your time off. I know I did. And I’ve got a little bit of a sunburn to prove it!

I’ve got just the song to close out the month of May. It’s for all you graduates out there. Enjoy!

absolutely beautiful!!!! again, this song brought tears to my eyes!!! I truelly have enjoyed getting to hear the new songs each week and look forward to the next one… I would by a cd….I love the voice, I love the music, I love the lyrics!!!! I enjoy the raw sound to the singers voice, I enjoy the beautiful instumentals, and thus far have really enjoyed all of the lyrics….I have disagreed with alot of the “not so positive comments!” I love that your songs tell a story, that most can feel or associate with at some point in their lives!!! again, I say, Brilliant!!! Keep on posting the songs….

    I love it.

I think my favorite part is “…and start every day on your knees.”

Just one thing I noticed… “try not to borrow, but willing to share” really seems like it should be “try not to borrow, but be willing to share”. If I think about it too much, it bugs me. ;)
That said, I think the song is beautiful just how it is, too. :) But if I were singing it to myself, I would add the “be”. ;)
Thanks again for sharing another song! :)

What a beautiful song. I agree with Tammy L on the favorite part “..and start every day on your knees.”

I really like the simplicity of this song….just the piano & the singer.

I just recently found your blog….I think last week actually. I listened to several songs so far, and I love them all! The lyrics are wonderful & real, and the music is lovely too.

Thanks so much for what you’re doing, it is inspiring.
